About us
Pension Jagerhof is located at an altitude of 1100 meters in the cosy village of Jerzens in the Pitztal Austria. The Pension is located in the centre with a bus stop, several restaurants and a supermarket right next to the house. The bus takes you within a few minutes to the gondola which goes from 1450 to 2450 meters. For the summer a beautiful location for hiking, mountain biking, motorcycling and other activities.
From the Pension you have a beautiful view of the mountain peaks. We also have our own house bar where you can enjoy a cocktail in the sun or a nice beer in the evening.
The summer on the Hochzeiger has many impressions and unforgettable nature experiences to offer. Let the children be surprised by a visit to the ZirbenPark, and go out on your own on the wide hiking area. Or let yourself go on an unforgettable ride on the ZirbenCarts.

Hikers
The Pitztal offers hiking trails of the highest level, fun in nature without borders. The Pitztal has a total of 380 km of hiking trails of all levels of difficulty. All routes are well signposted and there is a handy help to choose the route that suits your needs, check it out here!
Summer activities

Hiking routes Pitztal
The Pitztal offers you hiking at the highest level – recreation and enjoyment of nature without limits! We have a total of over 380 km of hiking trails. In addition, at the Hochzeiger, Rifflsee and Pitztaler Glacier, you will find comfortable ascent and descent aids that are easy on the knees. The landscape and mountain world of the Pitztal in Tyrol offers you incomparable and unforgettable impressions and moments while hiking – we look forward to your visit!
E5 Long Distance Trail
Three countries, six valleys, plenty of mountain peaks: the classic crossing of the Alps on the E5 long-distance hiking trail leads along the original route in six stages from Oberstdorf through Tyrol to Merano and impresses with a variety of impressions. From the alpine high mountains with imposing three-thousand-metre peaks to sunny southern climes where palm trees already grow. In between, there are more than 10,000 metres of altitude difference and 180 kilometres spread over the Allgäu, the Lechtal, through the Pitztal and the Ötztal Alps.

March 16, 2019 Jagerhof Pitzal is een heerlijk pension! Lekker ontbijt heel divers. Hele aardige gastvrouw en gastheer, daarbij een super omgeving. Fijn gewandeld, gerodeld en wezen skiën/snowborden.
